OUR Trailers
Vacation trailers
are permanently affixed at several locations throughout the resort. They
are neat and clean, with four different sizes available to rent: 35',
30', 29', and 24'. Trailers are heated with a propane heating system as
propane gas is also used for the cooking stove and oven. All trailers
are "self-contained", meaning they have full electric, water and sewer
hookup. All trailer rental units include pots, pans, dishes, utensils,
cups, glasses, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Inside
the Trailers
The
35 ft trailers have a front bedroom with a double bed and a rear bedroom
with two twin beds. The kitchen, living room and dinette are located
between the 2 bedrooms. In the living room is a couch that makes into
a double bed, and a dinette that makes into a twin bed. Maximum number
for renting is 9 (including two children weighing less than 80lbs. for
the upper bunks).
The 30 ft slide-out
trailers have a front bedroom, bunk beds, a couch that folds out into
a double bed, and a dinette that makes into a twin bed. Maximum number
for renting is 7.
The 29 ft trailers
have a rear bedroom with a double bed. In the front of the trailer is
a couch that makes into a double bed as the dinette makes into a twin
bed. Maximum number for renting is 6.
The 24 ft trailer
has no private bedroom where the couch is used as a double bed, dinette
for a single and bunk beds for 2 singles. Maximum number for renting
is 6. All trailers have a private restroom with a shower. Linen packages,
which can be provided for a small fee, include bedding, bath and kitchen
towels.
A
functional kitchenette includes a stovetop and oven, upright refrigerator
with small freezer, dinning table. Also included is an electric coffeepot,
toaster, handsoap, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, dishsoap,
paper towels and toilet paper.
Other amenities:
TV/VCR. An outdoor hot tub in a nearby complex is open year 'round. Linens
are available at $12 full/queen and $8 for twin per stay.
Rates - (based on occupancy of 6 or fewer, plus $5 per each additional
person) Plus 7% Deschutes County Occupancy Tax
