ABOUT JOE McADAMS

In case you’re not familiar with him, Joe McAdams, is the president of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (ELS), the real estate investment trust that owns the land on which the Thousand Trails, NACO, Leisure Time, Mid-Atlantic and Outdoor World resorts are located. Prior to that position, McAdams served as chairman and chief executive officer of Thousand Trails. He is the owner and on the Board of Directors of Privileged Access, the parent company of Thousand Trails, NACO, Leisure Time, Mid-Atlantic and Outdoor World.

Billed as America’s Finest Outdoor Getaways™, Thousand Trails is the largest private system of RV camping and outdoor preserves in America. The properties are known as preserves because they protect the nature and beauty of the environment for its members' enjoyment.
