April 11-13  Welcome Back
Welcome back campers!  After a long winter it’s finally time to kick off a new camping season.  Let’s just enjoy that first campfire and barbeque.  We can clean up the camp ground next weekend.

April 18-20  Earth Day
In honor of Earth day on Saturday, let’s all get together and clean up what old man winter has left behind.  And make a resolution to be more environmentally friendly by recycling this camping season.

April 25-27  Springfest
Spring has sprung upon us again!  Enjoy a ride in the country or around the camp ground to see all the renewal nature has for us.  Look for spring festivals going on in the surrounding area.

May 2-4  Culture Weekend
Let’s celebrate our diverse backgrounds with everyone’s favorite – FOOD! Prepare your favorite ethnic dish, enough for six, to share at a pot luck dinner Saturday. Be prepared to explain how you made it.  Yours might be the biggest hit!

May 9-11  Mother’s Day Weekend
We honor all mothers, grandmothers, and mothers to be this weekend.  Join us for our annual Mother’s Day Tea on Saturday afternoon. 

May 16-18 Armed Forces Weekend
In honor of all those who have served or are serving in the military, WE SALUTE YOU!  Join us for a social hour on Saturday to show our appreciation for your dedication to our country.

May 23-25  Memorial Day Weekend
It’s time to remember and honor our fallen heroes who sacrificed the most, their lives!  Fly a flag this weekend as you reflect on this great gift of freedom they gave you.  This is also the “unofficial” start of the camping season.  Visit with friends and family.  Enjoy our first Saturday night entertainment of the season on the patio.

May 30-June 1  Time Out Weekend
May 31st is National Time Out Day.  Take the time to play with kids, visit grandma, or read a good book.  Anything you just never seem to have the time to do.

June 6-8 Pet Weekend
Bring your pet to show off in our pet parade on Saturday.  There will be special treats for all our pet friends who participate.

June 13-15 Father’s Day Weekend
Honor dad this weekend by making him a special gift.  Spend some quality time around the camp fire with him and be sure to thank him for all he has done for you.

June 20-22 Schools Out – Summers In
Say good-bye school and hello summer fun!  Sleep late and enjoy leisure days of bike riding, swimming in the pool and playing games with your friends. Entertainment Saturday night.

June 27-29 Outdoor Games And Sports Weekend
Enjoy a weekend filled with playing soccer, baseball, basketball, bocce, volleyball, horseshoes, shuffle board and more! Entertainment Saturday night.

July  4-6  Red, White, And Blue Weekend
Fly an American flag!  Decorate your site and sign up for the contest.  Win a cool prize if your one of the top three decorators!  See local fireworks and a parade.  There will be entertainment on Saturday too.

July 11-13  Western Weekend
Put on your boots and western gear.  Bring the kids for pony rides in the afternoon.  Have a steak dinner with us – purchase your tickets in advance.  Then line dance the night away with our entertainment.

July 18-20  Oldies Weekend
 Dig out your polyester pantsuits, poodle skirts and saddle shoes.  Anything in the back of the closet from the 50’s to 70’s. Dance with us to oldies on Saturday night that covers all decades. 

July 25-27  Christmas In July
 Decorate your site and sign up for the contest to see who has the best Christmas display!  Make ornaments to keep or hang on our tree.  Watch for Santa, he may be in our area on vacation.  Entertainment Saturday night.

August 1-3  Folk Weekend
Tye dye a t-shirt.  Bring your own or buy one from rec. for a small fee.  Hours of fun for the entire family.  Then wear your creation for our entertainment. There will be a D.J. playing folk and rock music.

August 8-10   Carnival Weekend
 Join the fun! Bring the entire family for a day filled with games, prizes, moon bounce, clowns, face painting, popcorn and snow cones.  After all that, enjoy the entertainment at night.

August 15-17  Luau Weekend
Wear your brightest Hawaiian shirt and compliment it with a lei!  Attend a great Luau dinner – buy your tickets in advance.  Then limbo and dance the night away!

August 22-24  Back To School
 Oh No, Where did the summer go?  We were having so much fun!  Come to our back to school scavenger hunt.  Enjoy the entertainment with your summer friends Saturday night. 

August 29-31  Labor Day Weekend
This may be called the end of summer but we aren’t done yet!  Enjoy a long weekend of campfires, cookouts, and relaxation.  Entertainment on the weekend too!

September 5-8   Apple – Peach Weekend
Take a ride to Acushnet and surrounding towns for their annual festivals. Enjoy the fine foods and crafts they have to offer.  Bring some back for dessert around the camp fire at night.  You’ll be glad you did.

September 12-14  Bring A Guest Weekend
Have a friend, neighbor, or family member visit your site for the day, or better yet stay the night.  Introduce them to the wonderful world of camping.  We always have room for anyone who wants to join our camp ground.

September 19-21  Leaves Are Falling
As we enter this fall season, take a long walk or drive to enjoy the colorful changes of the scenery.  Enjoy those camp fires as the air gets brisk at night now.

September 26-28   Indoor Games
Join us in the rec. hall as we play classic board games like Yahtzee, Clue, Sorry, and Monopoly.  Don’t miss our Pool and Ping Pong tournaments.  Winners get a prize!

October 3-5  It’s Getting Chilly Outside
 Let’s warm up with a pot luck dinner!  Make your favorite casserole or pot of chili – enough to feed six.  And we’ll have good food and conversation Saturday in the members lounge.

October 10-12 Columbus Day Weekend
Last long weekend of our camping season!  Enjoy it because it’s almost over.  Dance the night away with entertainment once again on Saturday night

October 17-19  Halloween Weekend
Ghosts and goblins are lurking about again!  Read ghost stories around the camp fire.  Go on a haunted hay ride.  Decorate your site and sign up for the contest. You could win a really spooky prize!  Have a frightful good time at our party Saturday. Bye – see you all again next April!
