April 4-6th Peter Cottontail’s Return
Hippity hop on back! The Easter Bunny is taking a detour before he heads back home this year with a surprise visit to Timothy Lake. Enjoy a fun weekend egg decorating and go on an Easter egg hunt with candy surprises. Create springtime arts & crafts, compete in bunny games and have your photo taken with the Easter Bunny. Bunny hop down to the Mountain Top Lodge on Saturday evening for a Karaoke Competition. Refreshments for all and a prize to the winner! Visit Peter Cottontail for a delicious Sunday breakfast buffet before he goes hop-hop-hopping home.

April 11th – 13th Let’s Swing into Spring!
Get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful spring weather in the Pocono’s! Learn about wildlife and nature’s wonders in the area by taking a leisurely stroll to the lake with our Clubblazer Staff. A spring scavenger hunt and seed planting will get everyone in the swing of spring. In the evening, relax and meet new friends for a card game in the adult lounge or watch a movie in the Mountain Top Lodge on our big screen TV.

April 18th – 20st Earth Day
Earth Day reminds us to love and care for the earth and our fellow creatures. Appreciate our beautiful earth this weekend by going on a family nature walk around the campground. Earth friendly crafts and a nature scavenger hunt are a few of the activities planned for Saturday. In the evening meet at the lake for an old-fashioned marshmallow roast while you enjoy the outstanding starlit skies of the Poconos.

April 25th – 27th Fear Factor
Is fear a factor for you?? Join us for our annual “Pocono Fear Factor” challenges. Test your wits, talents, and stomachs with our all new competition. On Saturday evening have fun laughing as you watch the Fear Factor video in the lodge. We will all find out who is the bravest of all and award the winner their prize.

May 2nd – 4th Fiesta Time
Join the festivities at our Cinco de Mayo celebration. Chow down at the “nachos social” in the Mountain Top Lodge. Try your hand at some Mexican crafts and be the first to break open the Piñata. Learn how to dance the exciting “salsa” and liven up the night with some spicy karaoke songs.

May 9th – May 11th Moms Rock!
Moms get ready for a special treat this weekend. Take a relaxing soak in one of our hot tubs and relax in a tube around the lazy river. All moms will be treated to a complimentary lunch and movie served in the lodge. Show mom how much you care by making her a lovely flower bouquet and a special “I Love You” card. Moms and their family can play together a game of “Momism”. Be sure to dedicate a song to Mom during Karaoke on Saturday night. Last but not least, don’t leave until Mom is treated to a breakfast buffet on Sunday in the Mountain Top Lodge.

May 16th – May 18th Let the Games Begin!
Enjoy a little competition? Well, Timothy Lake is the place to go. Everyone is welcome to try some “Tic-Tac-Toss” in the courtyard. Basketball anyone? How about a game of “Sidewalk Globe Trotter” to test your skills. Did we mention the Pool and Air Hockey Competition that will be held in the game room? Board games and card games will be keeping you busy all day long. In the evening we will hold a family “Game Show” with a prize awarded to the winners!

May 23rd – May 26th Season Kick Off
This weekend launches the start of our summer season. Enjoy family fun events including canoe races, volleyball competitions, and a friendly game of softball. A Summer Picnic will be held in the courtyard with tickets on sale at the Country Store. Enjoy face painting, patriotic arts and crafts, and live entertainment.

May 30th – June 1st Pirates of the Poconos
Avast Ye! Join in the fun with our Pocono Pirates Weekend. Grab your treasure map from Clubblazer and search for the hidden treasures around the park. Make a pirate ship in arts and crafts and launch it in the rugged waters of the Water Park for an exciting ship race. Participate for prizes in some really adventurous pirate competitions.

June 6th – 8th NASCAR Weekend
Let’s celebrate the start of NASCAR races in the Poconos – the “Pocono 500.” Bring your remote control cars to compete for prizes on our raceway in the courtyard. Enjoy our courtyard BBQ while you watch the cars racing around the track. This weekend will include a NASCAR trivia game, a NASCAR puzzle project, and a Car moon bounce for the kids. Plan on watching classic race events on the big screen with popcorn and soft drinks in the MTL. Purchase tickets from the Country Store for a breakfast buffet before heading out to the Pocono Raceway on Sunday.

June 13th – 15th Father’s Day
Treat Dad to a weekend of fun on his day. Dads are invited to relax at a fishing derby, compete in a pool tourney and a game of horseshoes. Kids can create a special gift for Dad at arts and crafts that will make him smile! Surprise him with a special dinner and movie in the Mountain Top Lodge. In the evening bring dad to karaoke and entertain him with his favorite song. Join us for our Father’s Day Breakfast Buffet on Sunday where Dads eat free with the purchase of one paid ticket.

June 20th – 22nd Sock Hop
Take out your penny loafers and your saddle shoes to rock around the clock at Timothy Lake this weekend. Catch the T-Birds and Pink Ladies in the classic movie “Grease” being shown in the Mountain Top Lodge. Treat the family to ice cream sodas, burgers and fries as you listen to music from the 50’s. Have a blast doing the twist and mashed potato at our Sock Hop dance contest.

June 27th – 29th Dino-Mite Party
This weekend we are throwing a party for Clubblazer! Wear your favorite dinosaur tee shirt and receive a gift. Join in for some dinosaur arts and crafts. We have a dinosaur egg hunt planned and a dinosaur piñata to crack open. Meet at the MTL in the evening where we will be posing for pictures for Clubblazer. Enjoy a piece of his celebration cake while watching his favorite movie “Jurassic Park”. Join us for a Sunday Clubblazer breakfast buffet in the MTL.

July 4th – 6th Fourth Fest
Enjoy the local spectacular fire works display on Friday evening. On Saturday celebrate Independence Day with friendly tournaments of flag football, tug of war and Ultimate Frisbee. Kids can cool off with a balloon toss game and splash under our courtyard sprinkler. Enjoy a BBQ at the Outdoor Pool along with some poolside games. We will provide live entertainment for your enjoyment this weekend and a special Sunday breakfast buffet.

July 11th – 13th Timothy Lake Fandango
Grab your cowboy boots and hats and come on down! Kids will jump for joy when they try out the Wild, Wild, West Moon Bounce. Our Chuck Wagon will be serving a heap of delicious grub for a Saturday dinner buffet and Sunday morning breakfast buffet. Get on your best “bib and tucker” for line dancing and a dance contest in the Mountain Top Lodge on Saturday night.

July 18th – 20th Summertime Blues
Plenty of outdoor fun and games are planned for this weekend so you can get out and soak up the beautiful summer weather. Enjoy a splash party at the outdoor pool and a BBQ in the courtyard. In the evening we have a special guest performing in the MTL. Roger Hurricane Wilson will be delivering a mix of blues and rock music and playin’ up a storm! Hurricane has shared the stage with B.B. King, Dickey Betts, and Leon Russell just to name a few. According to Chicago bluesman, Carl Weathersby, “Hurricane plays all kinds of guitar…all good!” So don’t miss out on this great opportunity to be entertained by the best! July 25th – 27th Fat Tuesday in July
Let loose and enjoy yourself this weekend. Join in for the silly Mardi gras tumble, musical carnival caps, and a pancake eating contest. Make a Mardi gras mask in arts and crafts and go on a Green, Purple, Gold scavenger hunt. Feast on a Cajun cuisine on Saturday in the Mountain Top Lodge ending with a slice of King Cake. We will have live courtyard entertainment on Saturday night. Eliminate the morning dishes on Sunday and purchase a breakfast buffet ticket for some really good eats.

August 1st – 3rd Party Hawaiian!
Aloha! Hula down to Timothy Lake North’s luau party! Play musical beach towels and a game of “around the island basket toss.” Learn about Hawaiian traditions with trivia games and coloring contests. Treat your “ohana” {family} to a tropical feast on Saturday in the MTL. Get decked out in your aloha-wear for live entertainment on Saturday night. Everyone is invited to compete in a limbo and hula hoop contest for prizes.

August 8th – 10th Dog Days of Summer
Beat the heat on this hot August weekend with swim competitions and a game of basketball in the outdoor pool. The kids can get soaked under the courtyard sprinkler and go to our ice cream social. Cool off at dinnertime in the MTL with an Italian dinner buffet and movie. Live entertainment is featured in the courtyard Saturday evening. Take time to look up in the sky for Sirius the Dog Star. Legend says when Sirius is in conjunction with the sun it causes the “dog days of summer” heat!

August 15th – 17th Hot-Cha-Cha Chili Cook-off
Spice up your life this weekend at Timothy Lake North. Prepare your hottest chili recipe and enter our Chili Cook-off contest! Participate in a Jalapeño Eating Contest to really heat things up and participate in a member run Craft Fair. (Call the campground to reserve your table.) Don’t forget to purchase your tickets for our spicy dinner buffet. In the evening do the cha-cha to some scorching music in the courtyard under the stars.

August 22nd – August 24th Casino Weekend
Try to beat the odds at poker, blackjack and more this weekend. Gamble the night away with TLN fun money and turn your winnings into prizes. Arrive early to the Casino on Saturday evening and sit back and enjoy a special dinner before the gambling begins. Kids can get into the action with Clubblazer playing card games with candy bars as prizes.

August 29th – 31st The End of Summer is a “Drag”
It’s fun time at Timothy Lake this last weekend of the summer. Sign up for softball games, relay races, and a mini golf competition. The $ 1.98 Beauty Pageant will be held Saturday night! Men dress like the ladies, ladies dress like the men, prizes awarded for “Prettiest,” “Most Handsome,” and “$ 1.98 Beauty of the Summer!” Make fellow campers say “that dude looks like a lady!” Enjoy a courtyard BBQ on Saturday while listening and dancing to music presented by live entertainment. If beauty pageants aren’t your thing, then break away to the lake for S’Mores and campfire stories.

September 5th – 7th Grandparents Weekend
Grandparents are our heritage so let’s make their day special and honor them! Arts and crafts projects are planned with special gifts to make for them. On Saturday stop at the Country Store with your grandparents and they will receive a complimentary Continental Breakfast. On this special weekend we will reserve the Water Park for one hour for a “Grandparents Only” swim. Spend quality time with grandma and grandpa during “Movie Night” at the Mountain Top Lodge.

September 12th – 14th Hooray for Hollywood!
Settle back for a fun movie marathon this weekend. We’ll be showing movies in Clubblazer, Mountain Top Lodge, and the Adult Lounge for your enjoyment. Test your knowledge of Tinsel Town with a fun game of trivia. Audition for a role in a hilarious “campground video movie” and then watch it on the big screen TV Saturday night.

September 19th – 21st Autumn is in the Air
Pack your cameras to capture the beautiful fall foliage of the Poconos. Participate in a nature walk to enjoy the lovely weather this time of year. Themed arts and crafts, a fall scavenger hunt and games are on the agenda for this weekend. On Saturday evening join us for karaoke in the Mountain Top Lodge.

September 26th – 28th Celebrate Johnny Appleseed’s Birth Day
Apples, apples and more apples! We’ll feature apple arts and crafts and apple games. Enter our baking contest to compete for prizes for the best apple pie. Join in for an apple pie recipe exchange in the adult lounge served with coffee and what else – APPLE PIE!

October 3rd – 5th Birthdays for All!
If we missed your birthday this year we are going to celebrate it this weekend with cake, ice cream and balloons. We’ll have a party all day long for the kid’s with games, prizes and a piñata. Adults can have their own party in the Mountain Top Lodge with card games, charades, and twister. In the evening join us with festive birthday songs at karaoke.

October 10th – 12th Columbus Sailed the Ocean Blue…
Get your sails ready to celebrate! The 23rd Annual Shawnee Balloon Festival will be held this weekend at the Shawnee Resort. Clubblazer will teach children about Columbus with trivia, puzzles and games. Sign up to have a family photo taken on our ship in the Water Park. Join in for karaoke on Saturday and on Sunday relax and enjoy a special movie in the Mountain Top Lodge.

October 17th – 19th Arts and Crafts
Kick back and relax this weekend with arts and crafts classes. Face painting, scrapbook making and ceramics are a few of the activities planned. A member run arts and crafts fair will be held in the Mountain Top Lodge on Saturday. Sign up for a spaghetti dinner buffet and movie on Saturday night.

October 24th – 26th Spooktacular Countdown
Can’t wait for Halloween? Get in the mood with pumpkin painting, spooky crafts to make and scary games. Get info for the Welcome Center for local haunted houses and pumpkin patches that you can visit while staying with us. “Spooky Movie Night” will be featured in the Mountain Top Lodge on Saturday.


October 31st – November 2nd Haunted Mountain Top Mansion
Kids will be trick or treating, pumpkin painting, participating in a costume contest and just having a really fun, fun time. Site decoration is also planned for the weekend with prizes going to the best decorated. Saturday evening plan on spending the evening in the haunted mansion (if you dare!) playing games for prizes, dancing and singing.
